I walk 3 to 4 miles a day, and this is by far the best shoe I've ever owned. It's like walking on pillows. If you have high arches and have experienced shin splints or high ankle pain, or even plantar facitis, this shoe will blow your mind. I'm getting several colors.

I bought them to start the New Year and my commitment to exercise (original - I know). I just wanted a really comfortable and pretty sneaker to reward myself for going to the gym! There are silver threads running through the shoe that gives it an extra sparkle.
