Wide width and calf fit nice

I am in search of a size 12 which is 48 in European Size but cannot find I've searched the only two sites that comes up with these sneakers does anyone know of any other sites I can get these on?

I’ve been in search of comfort, quality boots for a couple weeks when I was recommended the ARVOSS by a friend and let me tell you, the BEST boots in my collection thus far. The quality is what is expected, so I know these will last for years.

I’ve never owned a pair of Docs before, but these were so pretty I couldn’t resist and I had some Christmas money burning a hole in my pocket. I was worried about the fit, but they’re perfect, even with socks. I usually wear between a 7.5 depending on the width, because I have wide duck feet. The 8 are absolutely perfect, width is great, length is perfect, they are a teeny bit tight across the top of the toe box, but I have super high insteps and I’m sure they’ll stretch a bit. getting into them is a bit of a chore because they have to be unlaced and relaced, but I don’t mind. Sole and heel are interestingly squishy and flexible.
